Mandatory registration: all guests of Ca’ Santo Spirito are required to present a passport or identity card in order to register personal data.
Reception hours: from 08:00 to 14:00.
Check-in time: rooms are available from 14:00 onwards.
Check-out time: rooms must be vacated by 10:30.
Arrivals after 14:00: guests arriving after reception closing hours will be provided with a personal access code to enter the property at any time.
Online check-in: a few days before arrival, an email will be sent to complete online registration. However, guests are still required to show their ID document for verification of personal data.
